 how do we work to create cohesive brand experiences?

It starts with understanding and empathy. First, we seek to understand everything about your business, from your why to your what next, and everything in between. Then, we place ourselves in your audience's shoes, to find the connection between your product or service and your audience's wants and needs. From there, we ideate and work with you to shape your brand identity (your logo, colors, fonts, etc.) into something you are proud of that also captures the attention of your target audience. Finally, we adapt that identity into an experience for use across all of your various channels.

what are brand experiences and why do they need to be cohesive?

Brand experiences consist of the messaging, imagery, and feelings your brand conveys to your audience across all of your various channels (in-store, online, social media, etc.). Cohesive brand experiences ensure your audience is always receiving the same story no matter where they interact with your brand. This multi-touch and reinforced branding builds trust with your audience, increasing the likelihood that they will become customers and eventually advocates.
